I See…
The view from my bubble is all knowing.
I hear the words that he is throwing.
I see the ghost tears running down his cheeks.
His yells and screams echo into caring words that don’t penetrate my little world
His sad eyes showing what he wished I could have been.
I feel his thoughts of sin:
His efforts to talk and penetrate the walls that have built around me.
He talks to me as if I were weak as what he believes my mother was.
Through my eyes the pain around me fades into the past.
In the back of my head I know these feelings wont last.
I see his love through his thick shell.

i sit on th ebus, maybe i will just stay here and not get OFF.

*Childhood*
when i was very small
i learned that i could fall
it was very easy then
atleast untill i was ten
i am fifteen now im not a child any more
i never got wat i wanted for my birthday because i was so poor
every thing seemed so easy
but now it just so hard
in three more years ill be in collage
but that three years so far
i wish i could go back
to the age that i forgot
just one more day in the past
would just be enough
to see old friends
familiy that hadnt been seen
she so far away
but it dosent bother me
some times i look back
but cant see anything anymore
i just try to forget the bad things
and focus on the good
just like a saying
dont dewll on the past
but life hits you hard in the back so fast
if i had a choice i would fast forward
into the future
but thats imposible why even bother

Im in so deep
But I dont make a peep
at night I think
about if i would ever sink
time is moving fast
but I feel tat it wont last
days are growing shorter
and school is almost over
we are all getting older
life is moving on
thats ok because thers only one
but in the end it has been really fun

I remember when you used to tell me that you loved me. I used to think that you meant it. Did you mean it? I don’t think so. You have no idea what love is.

Where were you all those years?

I remember your birthday. I was 4. You left my 1 year old sister, Shawnee, and me alone in a motel room. Did you ever think that maybe a crazed maniac could come and kidnap us at any moment? No, because you only thought about yourself. I was just a child.

I remember when you were passed out on the motel bed. I had to cook dinner for my sister and me. I took care of her. I was her mother. While you were gallivanting around with men, I was stuck doing your job. It’s not alright for a 4 year old child to be a mother.

I remember that I had to mature so fast. I was a 25 year old woman in a 4 year old girl’s body.

I remember when I realized that you were a terrible mother. Now I can think for myself. I can go to college and be some one. I have friends and a very supportive family, which you are not part of. I have people who love me for me.

Why did I have to be there all those years?

You were never there but that’s ok. I survived without you. I don’t need you. They say “forgive and forget”, but I will never forgive you and I will never forget the past. Just remember that I will never love you
