How I wish that I could be there...

I would watch the clouds fly over head,

and I would see the sky turn color as the day came to a close.

I know that I will never see you again,

and that you are there when I am here.

One can only wish hearts could be mended.

Thank you very much. I have a notebook full... in my locker. I will try to bring it home tomorrow and post more.

I am terrified. I see the world around me and then I look back, to just a few years ago, when it was beautiful. Now it is full of death, sorrow, war. I would say pray but I do not believe there is something of greater strength than the power and ability to put a gun down and walk away. Go home to your families and find that they are waiting for you, but instead you decided to kill a father, mother, brother, sister, daughter, son. Why?

I know, it doesn't rhyme, and I am not saying here that I do not appreciate the Army/Navy but I am saying that I wish none of it would need to happen
